Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: July 15, 2026
Welcome to Document Master. By accessing or using our multi-tenant document indexing and RAG-based assistant platform (a project by Lucentinian), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or using any feature of Document Master, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
2. Description of Service
Document Master allows workspace administrators to integrate external storage sources (including Google Drive, Dropbox, FTP, Confluence, and Jira) and use Large Language Models (LLMs) to query documentation. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including passwords and API keys) and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
4. Acceptable Use & Remote Storage
When connecting your workspace to remote sources (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), you warrant that:
- You possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to access, parse, and summarize the files.
- You will not index files containing illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing material.
- You will not attempt to disrupt or overload our indexing queue, database cluster, or application services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Lucentinian or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from: (a) the use or inability to use the service; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of user transmissions; (c) third-party LLM response inaccuracies; or (d) data loss resulting from remote storage sync modifications.
6. Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your workspace access at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms the platform's integrity.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lucentinian operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
